Got home from work today and got the Century pulled from my fenced off area. One of the tires has blown out from sun exposure. BIG hole in the sidewall. I actually have all next week off from work. I have a FINAL customer bringing a 69 or 70 Chevy truck to do some replacement bolt on parts and a third member swap here at my house. Also may have a carb swap and tune on a 66 Mustang but it's not for sure yet. I do plan on making a salvage yard run to find a fender and inner fenders for the Century. I actually know where they are already. Will do a video of that. My plan for the week is a chassis swap, rusted firewall repair, rebuilt suspension, gutted interior, new dash replaced, and all new working brake system. I may also take the engine block to get machine work done but might wait. I did hear about a salvage that has lots of old cars up to the 80s in it. Not sure when I'll go to that though. I got the phone number so I'll call first. Hopefully they got some Buicks there.

Welp, that sucked. Toasted seldom ends well, unfortunately.

Here's to success with the regal

Doesn't OK issue special/rebuild VIN's? But down the road could it be reborn as a pro stock or pro touring car? Shame that one in the for sale threads is out on the west coast, a nice canvas (if it would fall into your budget.)

Sorry to say, but I figured that is what the car would look like when you pulled it out of the forest. There is a really clean 79 Regal by me for sale. Only needs carpet, paint, and different seats for 1400 bucks. It is on TB Forum. You might have seen it. You should fly here and drive it home. Good luck with what ever you do. I think that crusty car would be a cool prostreet or drag car.
