Backed by Jay Leno, Senate Bill 712 would "fully exempt" any vehicle made at least 35 years ago, if it were insured as a collector vehicle.

Pa does the mileage thing in the emission counties regular registrations with 5000 or less is exempt for testing but new owners have to get the test for their first inspection. Older than '75 are exempt due to age.

Not me. I have a different engine, transmission, rear, seats, console, and nose. I have Hagerty. No problemos here in NY.
