Want to know if and how a pulley on a alternator supposed to and how it wobbles...when I spin mine witj my hand...with no belt..it tends to wobble a little...

The only things that come to mind are a) a bent pulley b) a bent (armature) shaft c) worn bearing(s)
d) an elongated hole in the pulley....

Nope. I'd get a new alt if its deeper than just a bent pulley.

Any way on how a pulley may wobble like that
idk. Hit or damaged during removal, installation, during manufacturing and not caught, etc. As others have said, take the pulley off (get an impact, a big thick sturdy glove, hold the pulley and zip it off, use some penetrating lube) and then see if the shaft is bent. You can buy replacement pulleys, but if the shaft is bent the alternator is trash.

As others have said up above, there are only so many things that can cause pulley wobble, including worn bearings, bent shaft, etc.
