Alternator help

Grease or oil on a pulley or belt can squeel...even make metallic noises ,but if the pulley is wobbling, its probably that...replace and see if it goes away...

I would think the "wobbly" pulley could cause it to squeal. I would also suggest replacing the pulley.
How old is the alternator? I would also check the output. If it's not putting out what it should, that could also cause it to squeal under load.
You could try replacing the pulley first...if that doesn't help, replace the alternator.

Well I did in fact replace alternator now it seems I have the power steering pulley wobbling so therfore it squeals but not so high pitch more like a grumbling squeal if that makes sense any ideas to how THAT happened...
