Hey guys what can I do to get my alternator to work? I did a olds to chevy swap and I can't get my alternator to work. I don't have the original. The new one I have has 4 pins...one big one and three small ones. My Harness is only for a two pin alternator. Which of the four pins should I use? I appreciate any help anyone can give me.
Thanks!

you wouldn't happen to have a part number would you?

"There is a CS to SI alternator wiring adapter. It is available from several sources. It has a GM and AC Delco partnumber. The GM part number for a vehicle with factory gauges is 12102921, and the AC Delco number is 8078. Hope this helps."

I tried pasting the part numbers on different web sites but the numbers don't work...

then try these numbers.....I found them using goggle...

Delco adapter ,p#8077. Napa, p#ECHEC80 idiot lite & Napa, p#ECHEC82 for a guage

would the napa online store have them?
