Anyone install new replacement doors?

If your current doors fit good. Find a body shop to patch your doors, if you can’t do it yourself. I’ve fixed FAR WORSE than you’ve described. They also sell inner and outer patch panels that you can cut down for as much as you need.

I would swap the parts the same way I do drum brakes, I do one side at a time so I can check the other side to see how the parts install if I forget....
