Looking to see what type of batteries people are running under the hood. I have a separate battery in the trunk for audio but it's time to replace the one under hood. Any suggestions?

I run one of these in my trunk..I have a system in the car and I camp so the system is on for hours.. I never had any problems with the battery and it's only 18 lbs

78 series duralast gold/optima redtop is the best battery for a gbody...imo....and a battery tender to keep it up.

Always used interstate or exide batteries with 100 percent satisfaction.

I use the huge Optima battery with the staggered cells and have had it in there over 12 years and still works perfectly cranking my big blocks over. I really think the battery tender helps with the long life since it never discharges from sitting.
