Best way to wire in electric fans?

I Hera ya man - not saying there's anything wrong with electric fans, just giving my two cents.
 
With an electric fan setup, you should also make sure that your alternator and charge wire are up to the job.
 
thats why im running a cs144 and upgraded cables and charge wire. strictly asking about the relays here and if my method will work correctly.

Sorry but that doesn't make any sense. What happens when your stuck in traffic on a 90*F day? You can assume that you'll always be moving.
It's better to keep the fans moving air, even if they don't need to be and get you to your destination.
 
This is the wiring diagram that I drew up for mine with the help of a friend of mine:

It's a little different than yours in that I'm using two different circuits in my Accel Thruster ECU to control each relay individually of each other but the principle is the same.
