You can chose, Edelbrock, Dart, Brodix, etc. avoid China imports, you may be lured in by the initial cheap price until they drop a valve or seat on the second pass on your new motor.

Name brand.
Oval ports on street and mild motors.
Don't bother going over 6500 RPM, you don't need too!

You forgot to mention the Air Flow Research line of heads.
They are quite possibily the best "out of the box" aftermarket heads on the market today.

I am not sure what your end goal is here.... But chevrolet back in the day used stock cast iron manifolds on factory cars that put out well over 450 HP. If you choose to go with a stock manifold it will save you time and money. They are direct bolt ins and have no fitment issues. They will clear starters, oil pans, and clutch linkage. Just another thought! Good luck with your build.

what years manifolds would be ideal. like nova, camaro, vette or would truck manifolds be prefered? what are you using in pics?
