Dave,
Once you get your seat brackets sorted out, you can bolt the seats in with the center floor mounts attached...line 'em up and tack weld the mounts to the floor..easy peasy.

Are the seats the earlier G-body non-adjustable seat back type?

Yep Jack, They are the non recline type.
I'll post up some pics of the brackets on the seats later they are in my phone. Something def wrong with that situation, I won't complain though as the seats were FREE!! 🙂
I'll just have to search up some brackets for one seat, and it looks like there's supposed to be shims too. I saved the shims from the bench seat though so thats cool..

Dave,
There absolutely are shims(or spacers) between the seat bottoms and tracks. I think the bench seat shims should be able to help out some, although they do come in variable sizes.

Check these pics out..

The one on left is the passenger seat, (can tell by the seat belt holder on top of seat) It looks to have g-body brackets. Do they look like they are for passenger side? I ask cause the inner bracket looks just like the outer one on drivers side I removed on bench seat with the double hole on the rear.
The seat on right side (drivers seat) has bracket apparently not for a G-body.. Not sure what they are for but the hole to hole dim are different and as you can see the front of the brackets fold outward not inward like the G-body ones.
If anyone can tell me what I got and what I need It would be awesome.. Thanks.. 😛

Well, looking at this pic from ebay it looks like the passenger side is the right brackets.

Dave,
The tracks are noticeably different between seats. The left side, as you noted has the correct tracks, whereas the right side spacing is different, again as you noted.
Hopefully, you'll be able to find the proper tracks for that seat.

There's nothing wrong with your buckets. Mine do the same thing. When I was reading my owners manual, it says it has an inertia switch. When you make a sudden stop, the seat backs will lock up just like your seat belts do.
