it may not read off to me being right but trust me my guy im 100% behind my opinion and decision there infos on the pictures i posted maybe u can get a new client in harris county. i have no benefits on lieing on them or coming up with false claims im 27 years old i know what im doing

I was trying to be of some help to you but you can ignore my suggestions since you apparently know more about the legal system and how the game is played than I do.

I realize you are not open to suggestions but you might want to do something with the invoice that you posted, the one which states at the bottom that you have agreed to everything on that invoice, because you have your home address and phone number exposed for everyone on the internet....

ok bro i will take ur advice and put it to good use thanks mr lawyer

just over looked at the invoice where the lawyer says where i agreed to everything on the contract but is not (Signed)!!!i feel like some of yall are taking it as im not trying to pay the man but thats not it. i was just asking what can be done about it for the next slick willie who tries the same trick in the near future.

I deal with unsigned contracts/agreements all the time and there is more than one way to ratify an agreement as they have your car since November. I assume they gave you the same invoice each time you brought in some money and never once disputed it. If there is a meeting of the minds then you have a binding agreement even if unsigned

You really should remove your contact information on that invoice you posted. Maybe you don't want to acknowledge anything I posted is of any use to you but at least get that off the internet.

Ignorance is bliss and disrespect abounds.

$20 for header gaskets? If that means Autozone V6 Heads to header gaskets, those won't work on a turbo car. Either no gaskets (by lapping the manifolds completely flat) or copper gaskets. Any pre-turbo exhaust leaks will kill boost. Parts store exhaust gaskets leak with zero back pressure. Imagine them under 50 psi of backpressure.

The one thing you learn pretty quick about owning a Turbo Buick is you can't just take it to anyone. This lesson appears to have been learned.

On a hot air turbo car, the turbo needs a carbon seal. On a intercooled turbo there is not one. They go bad. If the rebuilder did not put it in the turbo will smoke and use oil. Research it on Turbo Buick and were to take your car. Best of luck.

just stopped at the shop spoke to the owner in a proper manner. he mentioned that his brother quit and that they fired a guy so he short 2 mechanics. but that these cars not any mechanic can work on them (obviouse) but to be patient because he has to play the part of being the owner being the boss and being a mechanic. but he said by next week my car would be ready and worth the wait.
