I got the shaft installed but the one I had was very hard to collapse even with heat. I have it installed but when I was collapsing it I hit the fork end of the shaft and now the u joint by the steering box shaft only moves freely one way. It still moves the other way but not as easily it needs a little force. The column end u joint is completely fine.
I started the car and the shaft doesn't look like the joint moves much the shaft looks pretty straight do you think it will be ok?
