Saw this before opening box:

Note to self: don't stick my dinky into the contents.

The contents are not total crap.

At first blush it looks like I have a bunch of options open for either just using the springs and modifying the perches, or adapting the adjusters. Time will tell.

How could you NOT put the fun stick in that anondized goodness?

Well there’s 12 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Thanks for that. I have so many issues with the way they did stuff and things they glossed over it’s not even funny. Not the least of which is applying body filler over unsanded epoxy in the low areas?!?! 😧And just try sanding epoxy, you’ll love it. It clogs up your sandpaper quicker than you can say “fack!”.

As for “rolling on” primer, whatever. I actually don’t have much of a problem with it, the texture of primer is usually pretty rough even when it’s sprayed anyways. Probably the funniest part was at the end where he’s just finished rolling on the urethane primer and says “there, now you have a finished surface ready for paint”.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Without even sanding it smooth!

But whatever, it’s on the internet, so everything they say MUST be true. Do as you will.
😏

Going hot rod black? 😃

Most likely gloss black as the car is mostly jammed as such. But, it is going to look like patch-work for a while yet... trailer park chic.

Agreed, it was definitely light on details. I only learned about this "system" because of this video (there is some interesting content on their page, home-gamerish):

Then the Google overlords decided I needed to see it from the source.

1 grit, and SEND IT!

How's the chassis work coming along?

I expect to be back on it tomorrow. I just spent the last few days reading my *ss off for school... and I have another 5+ hours worth to do over the weekend.
