The oval washers are Keystone. E-T also used oval washers, with a conical seat machined in them, and a corresponding hybrid shank/conical nut.

You're right. 😳
In the smaller version of the pic, I mistook the corrosion around the lug holes for the typical oval shaped recess...

It's all good...I had to blow the picture up to make sure they had the locaters cast in them. Local swapmeet guy was selling "cragar SS" wheels that were actually Keystone raiders with Cragar SS caps. The color should have been a tipoff, but lots of people don't notice the little stuff in the heat of the moment, it seems. Cragars when new always had that bluish cast to the chrome plate, the keystones never did and did not appear to be as well polished before plating. 'Course, the spoke shape differs as well, but many people never saw past the cragar caps.

The correct Cragar washers are all round. The ones you will want will have a centered hole

There are also offset hole washers for 5x4.5 and 5x5 bolt patterns.

You do not want "standard" mag lug washers, which are smaller and will not properly locate the wheel.

Here is an ebay link to what you need... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/20-LUG-N ... 3cb6409518

Also one correction...it appears that Cragar SS wheels WERE made with conical seat lug holes...in 16 and 17" only. At the time I was selling them, they were not yet being made in sizes larger than 15x10. Too bad the 17s are so pricey...think they'd look great on the Bonne.

RIGHT ON Ribbedroo U WERE HELL OF A HELPER... 😀 I WILL GO TO AUTOZONE TODAY THEY GOT THE WHOLE SET FOR 30$ AND THEY ARE THE CIRCLE CENTERED ONES...I WILL POST PICS ONCE I HAVE THEM ON..THANKS EVERYBODY FOR THEIR HELP...

None of the above is correct. I sold these for several years, and what you need are standard mag nuts with the cragar style washers...as shown here http://www.jegs.com/i/Cragar/260/27733- ... tId=753955

Conical seat/acorn nuts were never used on Cragar SS wheels

likes how people have to differ but if you look at the link description you gave our fellow g-body member it says rite in the heading title conical/acorns :blam:

Which they're not

Some Jegs code writer obviously jacked it up on the description line. That's just one of the MANY reasons I never ask summit/Jegs salespeople for info. I was attempting to provide visuals of what he was going to need, and was not paying attention to what they had written in the description. My mistake, I guess.

But hey, whatever. You wanna run acorn nuts on a unilug wheel, that's your business.
