I honestly think its hideous but its forsale with a 5.3 LS listed as rare Choo Choo I just never recalled seeing this version

Not a Choo Choo, it's looks like it is probably an old Lauren Engineering kit on there, I believe they had SS, Camaro and Lumina nose conversion kits back then.
And I would say that is definitely L.E. ground effects on there.

I was going to say possibly a Camaro clip but L.E. appears correct for the reasons pointed out above. if you look close, there is a rocker panel badge just in front of the door. you'll also notice the missing marker light up front and the door mirrors and the oddball looking headlights (which are not Camaro or Elkie), so this is a 1978-81 model.
 
I'll jump on the Lauren Egineering claim. I remember seeing their ads in the Hot Rod & Car Craft with those IROC noses on.
 
I found some information they sold this as a bolt on kit either way its Hideous I just want to know before I break the guys heart LOL he's asking 10k cdn but to many unknowns im at 7k
