Very simple; 350 ( or 250 )= vacuum modulator and kickdown cable. 200 = TV cable. Done!

I don't think a Buick 3.8 flexplate will work a SBC. Maybe I'm wrong, but I looked up both part #s and they were different. A SBC flexplate isn't all that expensive though.
It's not too surprising that you have a TH350. Considering how many TH200s and TH250s were replaced over the last 30 years it's entirely possible. Does your transmission have the dual pattern case or is it BOP only? You may need an adapter: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/tci-230000/overview/

Thanks for the Info.... I will get back under her tomorrow and get a better look around. Even if I have to by the adapter and flexplate, sure beats the hell out of buying a whole new/Re-built transmission.... :mrgreen:

Thanks again <Mike>

Actually you have a Lock-up THM350c ...

MX2 : TRANSMISSION, AUTO 3 SPD, THM 350, CONV CLUTCH 3

I guess the "CONV CLUTCH 3" has something to do with stall speed and lock-up.

I know how to swap out/in a transmission. Did a 727 torquo-flite swap some 20 years ago.....

but honestly have limited knowledge on how they work internally and weather or not what you just posted is a bad thing, good thing, or really doesn't matter?

<Mike>

Doesn't matter really. Your TH350 is technically a TH350c. Just means it has a lock-up converter.

Just for the record, Everyone so far assumes you have a 3.8l, 231ci buick v6 but you might have a 3.8l, 229ci chevy v6 like I have in my Lemans, If that`s the case, I beleive your flexplate and all associated hardware will just bolt on to your sbc. Am I right guys?

Still need to swap the flex plate, the V6 flex-plate has the balancing holes in a different configuration than the V8.

2nd Gen Buick Regals definitely had the Buick V6 3.8l.

You look at the magazines and they have flexplate madness.... :wtf:

I'm doing "Shorty Headers" so I'm assuming the stock S.B.C. starter will work fine with no clearance issues?

Figure it's safe to I will say just order the stock flexplate from autozone for the original stock 5.7/S.B.C.?
