Dying your interior panels with a spray can

Really came out good...I like that interior. Put me in your fan club!!! 8)

another tip. stay away from the rustoleum brand vinyl "Dye" the cans end up clogging when it is still half full (optimist). to get the rest out you have to hold the can upside down. ask me how i know

Might try this out on my GP.

Thanks for the tips. :!:

Hows it look inside the car? ive been looking for a console to mess with and that one looks like it would work out pretty good.

i thought i would post this if it helps any i seen on the tv show gearz with stacy david i think he showed you how to paint door panels and seats etc, what he did was a 5 step process first step clan any gouges out smooth.second step cleaned with tri sodium phosphate (t.s.p.) he used (dap) brand found at lowe's hardware $8.00 for a big bag.third step is to clean with a wax and grease remover he used sure flow 2000 brand not sure how much or where to get but i think auto parts store would have it. fourth step is to spray on a good adhesion promoter he used a clear dupli color promoter this is more less your primer and helps the paint stick good on old parts he said. last step is to spray on in light coats dupli-color vinyl and fabric spray paint reason for this paint is it is very flexiable wich is a must for seats and dashboard that flex over time. and thats it the video for this is on i-tunes at gearz tv show if any body wants to watch it hope this helped anyone interested in painting their interior right
