Engine Mounts!!!

Well i have one mor question......where do you get the cup mounts that mount to the block that come down onto the clamshell mounts?

Are the ears deep enough to go over the clamshell motor mount on the crossmember?

I called jegs and the guy told me that those block mounts won't fit over the the clamshell mounts that i have. If you look at Blake 442 pics up above in this thread you can see what the clamshells look like.

Yeah those are the one that i went and got, which are the clamshells..they have that fold in the middle of them. i have those but those are the parts that mount to the cross member(frame). i need the other two parts that mount to the engine block which comes down and bolt to the clams.

oh well if you want the original clam shell block mounts these will be the ones i foumd on ebay

but moroso and jegs and other companys make some to subsitute for the original... you might have to just measure the ears from the frame mount sticking up and make sure that the after market block mounts ears will fit over the ears of the frame mount.... because most of the times the people at jegs don't know S***... they're just reading whats on the computer...
just remember the block mounts have 3 bolt pattern like a triangle and the frame mounts have four hole but in our case we only use 3..........
