Been working out of the country quite a bit lately. Gone for a week or 2, home for a few days, gone again. Falling behind on my list at home. Seems like the list just keeps growing too.
Anyway, my Jamaican street dog...

I've been feeding her 1-2 pounds of meat and cheese every day that I get from the hotel restaurant. Reeeeeallly scrawny.

Other guys on the crew have been feeding the rest. They don't need it as much.

There's another black female too but I guess I didn't get a photo of her. They aren't really all that tame because locals throw rocks at them. I've kind of decided that I really don't like Jamaicans all that much.

Yeah, Takata recall work. It's actually pretty repetitive but I get to see some odd cars that we didn't get in north America. The accommodations, work site conditions, and crew size vary, as does the work load...a lot. We've done as few as 20 repairs in a day and as many as 650. This particular event is pretty relaxed. Small crew and low volume. 10 hour shift Monday through Saturday and I'm here for 2 weeks so today is my only day off. My boss and I just drove 2 hours to a cliffside restaurant for lunch, then 2 hours home.

Yeah, I didn't like the population much when I was there either. Definitely better places to go instead.

At least I can say I've been there, but I can't envision me going back.

Still stuck in Jamaica. Thank God it's only 5 more days.

Did a mobile repair at a Jamaican body shop yesterday. He was getting ready to shoot the Lexus in the infini-draft booth using a pancake compressor. Whole "shop" only had 1 outlet .

Looks like it really sucks. If I had to drink adult beverages by that pool, I wouldn't know what to do, other than drink adult beverages and maybe play some tunes.

I'm stateside again for a few days. The weeds are out of control here now and it's raining so there isn't much I can do about it. I managed to break my phone's screen a few days ago so until I get a replacement I'm probably photo-free. Since the showers keep rolling through I'm going to go work on the wagon for a while. It's way behind schedule.
