Just my opinion here, but that's a really good price. Most 8.5 rears are bringing $750 to $850 range, so you're basically getting a complete frame and Turbo Buick engine for $150 bucks!
The issue for me anyway is that this guy is in Jersey and it has clearly been uncovered to the elements for some time. I don't know where you live but i currently live on Long Island which is only a few hours away from that guy and metal doesn't last long exposed like that. If he at least kept it covered maybe but even then its still questionable.
You’d have to figure in the cost of sand blasting and total rebuild after paying $600.00 for just the rear
I seen a grand national frame with open 8.5 and atleast 4 bidy mount holes rotted out the other day. Guy wants 1500$. I think id rather spend 2500 on a qp 9 in.

Well at least it was stored in a climate controlled garage and not just randomly stored outside under a tarp. 😉
and the frame looks to be in great shape....I'd be laughing if I was local and got it before someone else grabs it
