Experimenting with air cleaner look

I got this one sitting on top of my 355 roller....🤔

I like that 5.0 liter H.O. dual snorkel from a L69 Camaro/Firebird, Olds just put a chrome lid on the 307 HO, I wish they had a period correct decal like that, it just screams the 80's. I know his Olds is a factory abomination but the bowtie does match power plant, although most aren't proud of the 305, funny how 5L sounds so much better.
 
You could use a dual snorkel air cleaner from an earlier car .There are a variety out there ,Then have the lid chromed .Then search for the decals and or even have it painted on as an option.

I like the clean look also. I took a 94 Blazer air cleaner with the 2 stud top of an Astro van. Added the duct and a plenum of fresh air side. I have since moved intake to the inner fender

What if you reverse the decals.

Put the Chevrolet on the lid curved to follow the curve of the lid and the emblem on the bottom half
