Oklahoma Turnpike Authority has scanners at the toll plazas that snap a pic of and scan every vehicle that passes through it. Some say they're looking for narcotics, radioactive materials and weapons, I really have no idea.

When you blow through a toll gate it will snap the driver's pic along with your tag and send the ticket to the tag owner, along with the photo so you know who did it. Saw plenty of those at the old job when people's rental car pikepasses or Texas tollgate tags didn't work right. Pretty sure its to reference that the pikepass matches the car on file, too. I doubt there's some joker sitting at a monitor watching turnpike gate cameras looking for ... well whatever. They've probably been using the data to build up their photopass system (or whatever its called) to recognize tag numbers so the pikepass itself isn't even required.

I use it to keep on top of car pictures mostly. I post the occasional inflammatory thing just to upset my brother. Beyond that, I use messenger lite to have group chats with my close friends - although it seems you can do this with text messaging now too.

I just set up a new pc and when I loaded Win 10 it sure reminded how much tracking microsoft does. I trurned it all off including Carona or whatever her name is but who knows what they still collect.
