Just curious to know what your guys' favorite/least favorite things about G-Body vehicles are. Here's my list:

Favorite:
- Will accommodate almost any engine swap
- Last of the body-on-frame midsize cars
- Decent aftermarket support
- Not "played-out" in the custom scene
- Somewhat affordable if you know where to look

Least Favorite:
- Clean examples getting harder to find
- Rear windows don't roll down (4-doors/wagons)
- Somewhat flexy/wobbly factory frame
- Small parts somewhat hard to find (springs, clips, trim pieces)
- Many have been made into donks, other questionable customs

Least:
Crappy rear suspension geometry for handling
Lesser but still crappy stock front suspension geometry
Lack of aftermarket parts support(but getting better)

frame-less windows,i HATE the dance that is adjusting the glass/weatherstripping relationship.i have a good manual that helps but still not a fan of the design..at all.

I would have a hard time imagining my Monte or Regal with a frame around the window, I feel it would really take away from the look of these cars plus they would never have made t-tops for them and besides I have never really had any issues adjusting the windows but power window speed is another story.

Pro-
Still a full frame rear wheel drive
I remember them from new
Somewhat approximates the 60's GM cars I wish I still had

Cons-
Crappy rear axle
Build quality went to hell (found stripped bolts on my rad support, spare parts under my carpet, wonky gaps, an untrained monkey applied seam sealer)
Every piece of plastic inside has a crack
Every piece of plastic inside has a crack
Every piece of plastic inside has a crack

Were not designed for real performance.
