Yep, I'm really looking forward to seeing how well the HDX integrates with this set up. I'm really happy with the way things are working out. I went to the Dakota booth at SEMA and server others to help me make the decision to do the LS swap.

Yeah I had stopped and seen them at SEMA before buying as well, but same deal they wouldn't give me any info. This year I didn't even stop to see what they had, I will be happy with what my setup looks like anyhow. But must say I am very curious to see how the Auto Meter unit will look in a gbody, loved what I saw at SEMA of them but obviously weren't shown for the Monte but says its available

Yep, I really like how it's turning out. I wish I had the funds to do the brakes and suspension. Maybe soon lol

Just seen this thread. The LS will be quite an upgrade from the 305 lol. Hopefully you threw a cam in with those headers. How's the budget hanging in?

Regarding the suspension upgrades, all of them can be done after. Get it on the road and enjoy, then you'll have something to compare it to once they are completed.

I've recently started on an '84 SS. Mine is not in as good of shape as yours though.
