thanks there in d nile,think you could get me some pics via pm showing just what your talking about(cutting top parts?) thanks again,want to get the brace out possibly today/tomarrow.how much was the whole floor panel you used,and from who again? thanks you d man!in d nile said:FYI.If you decide to reuse that brace and to make it easier to reinstall later. Cut through the tops of the brace(where it is spot welded to the inside of the rocker area)leaving the tops there,so when you put it back in you'll know exactly(sp) where it needs to go. Also helps to find the spot to replace the front seat mounting brackets as well. Hope all this makes sence,lol.
If you click on my 2nd picture you can see what I mean. The tops of the brace are still there.
