I would think the toughest thing to find for that car is the original seat material. The car seems fairly straight. Hope the floors are good. And frame. Not the end of the world if not because those can be found/fixed, but that's going to be a ton of work no matter what. And it's 1 of 346? How much will it be worth when you pump 25K into it fixing it back up to its former glory? 25K? Maybe even not that much.

You have to want to save it because it means something more than just a cool old car that needs saving.
Agreed. It's a cool old car but not worth a whole lot...yet. Less white ones than black in 1980, if that help tip the scale. It's always cheaper to find a deal on a restored or nice original but this would be a restorer's dream, being so complete.

It takes more than the seat material or interior to make that car what it is, would be nice to build into a mild custom. Judging by the last line, all the cars in my collection are worth less money wise since they are just a cool old cars that are base models. But then I don't feel bad when I take them out and beat on them. I'm sure that that would be the same with many of the other members on this forum.

By the looks of the pictures it would definitely be fixable , might be a idea to buy and hold a while to resell if you have storage space .
