taking it further, I looked at those pages.
"A buttload of wine is 126 gallons of wine"
"A tun is 2 butts"
knowing that pure water is 8lbs/gal, we do the simple math. 8x126=1008lbs
so a tun is 2 butts which would be 2016lbs. in other words, a ton.
...who knew?
(strictly speaking wine does not equal water in density, but I found claims of water being heavier and wine being heavier with 'math' to back it up. whatever. I just used a known approximate quantity and it still come comes out close either way)
Swapped the battery in the Colorado this morning. 6 years newer and 165 more CCAs should help wake it up in the morning. Should.
