all they needed was a big stuffed Scooby-Doo doll!
Evansville, Indiana area is not bad, population around 115,000( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Evansville,_Indiana). We have all four seasons, sometimes two or three within a couple of days. Stand your ground law, constitutional carry, fiscally stable state government. Hills, fields, rivers, lakes. Two to three hours to Louisville, KY, Nashville, TN, or Indianapolis, all with good sized airports and more culture. Small regional airport in Evansville. Two universities, two hospitals with multiple facilities, one small zoo. Variety of home and property sizes. Home to the third oldest baseball ballpark in the states-(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosse_Field), and the WWII P47 Thunderbolt-(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republic_P-47_Thunderbolt). The Fall festival, Volksfest, Frog Follies are good times. National Corvette Museum and NCM Motorsports park is about two hours away. A few SCCA regional clubs close by. And little old me.Started looking into "Getting the F' Outta Dodge Stage 2: The Contingency Plan." or more simply put alternative citizenships options.
First up; The USA.
EDIT: Who wants to be my family sponsor?

Downsides- not exactly a highly desired "cultural destination", maybe more so than Saskatoon- if that matters. Allergies- coal fired power plants, lots of pollen producing stuff- trees, ag crops, etc. can be hard on some people. Some shootings and such, but usually in the same neighborhoods, just don't live there. Occasional tornadoes/thunderstorms. Schools-not really sure, my kids(21 and 22 now, are weirdos) but I know there are options.
Yeah, any where in central Kentucky is gonna be great. Rolling hills, trees, fields, that kinda stuff. My boys went to a Boy Scout camp near there. Few beaches unfortunately, if you're into that sorta stuff.I have it on good authority that Sheperdsville Kentucky area is scenic and beautiful.
