It should fit a TH350. The one for a 200-4R will also fit a TH400. You'll need a different crossmember if you go with a 200-4R.

Assuming you haven't visited the website to check, here is what I found:

The crossmember for the TH350 includes the 200 in the list of transmissions. You need their TH400 crossmember that is listed as also working on the 2004R. In the product list it only says TH400 and TH350 as the name, but if you click on it, the description lists all the transmissions it fits.

So no, by their website, you have the TH350 crossmember and you need the TH400 one.

I initially bought a crossmember from them for the Saginaw 4 speed that came in my car. I later decided to go with a T5. They took my crossmember back, more than a year since its purchase and exchanged it for me. I only paid return shipping. Mine was still new in the box. They are great people.
