Going back to CCC controls and reinstalling A/C

What would be the best route to putting the a/c/heater box back on the firewall? Without the motor in the engine bay? or could I get at it with the motor in place? Its been awhile since i've seen a g with a/c so I dont remember the clearance between the motor and box. Can I also get new A/C tubes that run from compressor to the a/c box?

You can install the heater box with the motor in just fine, but you'll have to drop the wheel well for clearance and bolt access.
I don't know if you pulled the vents out behind your dash, but if you did you'll have to pull the dash to get them installed properly, and even if they're still in place you might have to pull the dash back to get them hooked up properly.
