So started putting on my AC parts and did not have oil or the 2 O rings for the compressor. Went to parts store and got oil and O rings. Come back and put on a cycling switch and cracked the plastic piece of crap. Went back and got another switch and installed it lightly. Got everything on and was putting on the belt and it's at least 2 inches too short. Pushed the car in the garage. I'll go back in the morning. So hopefully by noon tomorrow, I'll have some cold air blowing through the vents

Strange, isn't it? sometimes it almost seems like the car is fighting against your efforts. With your perserverance though, I'm sure you'll get everything working fine. Hang in there.

I loaded up Bar50 and took him on a long journey to two of my secret honey holes. I found an unused donut spare and unused G body jack. I also grabbed another pretty nice used G body jack with all hardware and lug wrench. But the icing on the cake was pretty nice rear fender for my 56 F100 with NO spare tire notch for $150. We were gone all day and I'm sunburned bad, but it was worth it. He found a Grand prix with the cross bar AND an aluminum core support. Sadly, the tail light lens I need for my Salon was cracked so I did not get that. I've got another honey hole though. Lol

Wish we had these in Iowa. All these cars were rusted out and crushed years ago, or they're owned by old douchebags.
