Been 120 blocking since 7AM. Had a few pinholes that needed putty. Got them wiped down and shot on a couple more coats of Z Chrome. This was a big pain in my *ss getting these to this point. If you remember, these bumpers were cut up pretty heavily. They will be two toned with the 1/4" stripe. So the gold lower body stripes will go all the way around

I am very happy that Bar50 (Jason) offered to come over in the morning to fix my rear axle. I'm a pretty decent mechanic but setting up gears is not my specialty. I put in a limited slip carrier with the Salons original 2.73 gears. I had a new inner pinion bearing pressed on and I installed a new crush sleeve. My impact does not have the balls to crush the sleeve. I've also lost my 1 1/4 socket since messing with this several years ago. Not interested in changing gear ratio. It drove nice before I stripped it and the speedo worked correctly.

That paint scheme just keeps looking better and better. The painted custom bumpers will be a nice addition.

Hurry up already, I thought yours would have been together before mine.[emoji16]

I thought I had you and Blake beat but jumping from project to project got me behind. :wax:
