few hits came up on Car-part.com. I want to say the 2 door and 4 door cutlass and regal shared the same rear bumper pre 1981.

The rear bumper on this car looks mint .... too bad its in Colorado. There was a Cutlass in Dayton Ohio with a nice bumper as well. Re-chroming stuff is a very very expensive process north of the border
