Finally fixed mine! Left turn signal did not work with lights on......only with lights off. All bulbs were new. There is a ground on my car that goes to the sheet metal on the inner fender on each side of the car and runs up to the headlights, running lights, and turn signal light. I took the ground from the pig tail off of the running light socket (black wire) and cut it and bolted it directly to the radiator support. Problem fixed. Everything works. The original ground bolted along with another wire to sheet metal of the inner fender. I am not sure if something was backfeeding through that somehow or if the ground was just not sturdy enough or what. Not how it was originally, but it works and I really didn't have to butcher anything up too bad.
