Hi guys! Dumb request here. I need some pics or how to on how the long plastic wire covers that run along the floor sections under the floor sills go. Any help appreciated.

Are you adding, modifying or just re-setting back to original?

In reference to most of the restorations I have been involved with..., the runner/protector has some sort of alignment tabs. Typically the channel is either clipped or screwed down to the floor pan, once aligned. The opening typically goes toward the inside of the cabin.

YTube doesn't have anything much of value. Most of the vids just show using the typical round loom material.

This is one of the closest, but early 70s F Body. Notice he has the seats removed, sill plate decorative covers removed and carpet is laying loose.

I just put mine in. There should be bendy tabs welded to the floor of the body that insert into the plastic wire channels. Those will help you figure out where they go in the forward/aft. The plastic channels extend beyond the door forward/aft and the clamshell loom thing opens facing out the door. Also, the plastic loom has a feature that installs over the door jamb pinch weld. All in all, it is intuitive if you just put the plastic wire channel/loom on the pinch weld and look for the bendy tabs (or where they were if removed). Those channels are great, I put an extra gage 12 pair running from the front footwell to the trunk when I put it back together for a fuel pump/stereo/etc., if I ever need it.

Thanks 78Delta88 and dood! I feel stupid asking for something that should be fairly easy. But you guys answered my main question wich was how they faced..appreciate you guys!
