Well they should but mine didn't so I bought the wire adapter for it and then it was plug and play for some reason my factory plug and the new one didn't want to plug into each other so I got the adapter but it should plug right in.I got my whole light set up for about $140 my 4 headlights, wire adapters,HID kit,and relay kit.

well then it looks like you wont need an HID kit. i dont know how it look with regular bulb but you can try for yourself. the bulb should just plug in without any adjusment. for the halo i think you might have to splice into your parking lights for power, just negative and positve. nothing to hard. and also, the other little bulb seems like just a parking light also. you can choose to plug it or not.

Since there's a post already about it Im wondering how to do this to my 1980 cutlass I was leaning for the blue lights 30000 k I think I was wondering my car dosnt take bulbs so how would this be done and can it be ??

Basically the same, you just need to buy the proper bulb housing, I'm guessing of the top of my head yours is a 4x6 and then buy an HID kit and plug and play.

Like those should be fine if your headlights are 7x6 and those aren't a HID kit those are the headlight with a blue bulb and there should be cheaper prices then those find some with free shipping and a lower price just saying I shop ebay a lot lol.
