I haven't. Arms are tubular from I can't remember where.

One thing I did notice before I left for work was that I have offset upper control arm shafts. And my dumbass having JUST realized this, installed them opposite ways. The driver's side has the flatter side to the frame and the passenger side has the flatter side to the engine.
I can't imagine it affects ride height but will probably throw me through a loop when I play with the alignment tomorrow.
how long ago did you install these arms?if they've been like that for a while and you're just experiencing the wheel jerking out of your hand now? or did you just install them?

Having them installed opposite will not affect anything, one side you'll have to use more alignment shims. The shaft gives you a 1/4" difference side to side.

They've been installed for as long as the car has been on the road. Almost 4 years now. Never had the issues I currently have until now.

I added 1 .125" shim to both bolts and just using a level the camber appears the same side to side. Obviously I'm not gonna just go off of that since my camber/caster gauge should be here tomorrow.

I verified that it's the chassis and not the body being lower on one side. Measuring from the floor to the frame, at the #2 body bushing, I come up with 3/8 of an inch lower on the passenger side.

I know you looked already but I'd double check and make sure the spring on the passenger side isn't broken...especially all the way up inside the spring pocket of the frame

Also, have you checked the rear suspension, as someone else mentioned?

I inspected both springs pretty good. Didn't find anything but I will check again when I install the shock tomorrow or tuesday.

I checked out the rear and didn't find anything.

To make a long story short I owe the multiple people that suggested the springs weren't installed correctly a beer. The difference that can make....
