When I installed my rear disc brakes I added a Wilwood adjustable proportioning valve in the rear line in front of the rear tire mounted on the frame with the knob facing the ground, you can't see it but it is super accessible to adjust.
I personally would not buy one where the knob is on the valve you will be stuck mounting it where you can get to it to adjust it and that will definitely keep you from putting it in the stock location.

Because your putting disc brakes on the back , yes you'll need a adjustable proportion valve, but it doesn't fit your lines. So you either need to find adapters for the lines , get a different proportion valve or master cylinder. Cheapest is send the expensive proportion valve back and get one geared for your car and with lines that fit. There is many cheaper ones that fit your car.
already ordered adapters for 20$

i already know where im putting it, right next to the master cylinder. i would need to order rpv valves to put it down in the factory location plus i just like being able to stand up and be able to spin the wrench around all of the way

line lock isnt going to be something im going to get until later, i know i said i was going to get one until i looked at the prices. its not really necessary as im not taking the regal to a drag race track.

Using your concept of planning for a brake system you don't have why would you plum in a line lock later and have to start all over making new brake lines a second time?

Well if your plan is to put line lock on at some point plumb it so you can add it into the line with out disturbing everything else.

ive worked with brake lines so much i just dont mind anymore
Did you ever fix the rear brake line that started this whole brake upgrade thing?
