How to remove the AC box?

hey guys, i want to clean up the engne bay so i want the AC box out. Was wondering if i can get step by step direction. thanks

i took the plastic top of and swang away with a hammer lol

Do you want to remove the heater box entirely or just the a/c hump part of it?

Without removing a ton of other stuff that is probably the way to go.

the ac hump section, does anybody have pics of just the ac hump removed

I basically chopped the a/c hump down, and replaced it with plastic to fill the hole. Ended up looking pretty good, and alot less work than a full a/c to non a/c heater box conversion

Tools for the job (used a grinder for some of the cutting too)

And yer done!
