How can I tell if my 83 Buick Regal a G-BODY ?

83' Regal is a Gbody.

Your tail lights are 84' and up style and your header panel also looks like it might also be 84' and up but the picture isn't clear.

Not necessarily, it could have the later header panel assembly and the tail lights are a direct swap.
