Idiot light = battery light.

Lol, oh thats what it stands for... Not at the moment no i dont, since i went all after market gauges, i think it did come factory but its not plug in or i dont see it... And no factory volt gauge meter, i have aftermarket one...

So which plug will i use for CS130?

Well i would think ec80 but if you eliminated lights you might want to run ec83 with resistor to be safe

So it would be the Ec80? i just checked napa and it was like $32.00?

ok i found out that i need an adapter pigtail with a resistor for my CS130 so i guess its EC80

Went on this web site and spoke with a tech, and he told me since i use to have old style horizantial gauge cluster when i put my key in a "red" light would come on, and that indicated a Alt/Bat, signal so that means i need a resistor or i would of burned out my voltage on the amp sooner or later, becuase these alternators that were pulling them off of all have Bat indicators, thats why we need a resistor...Its kinda confusing, but the tech knew exatcly what i was talking about, gave me the break down and told me what part number i needed...hope this helps...

Part Number: D1-W1204

i meant ec82. To my knowledge ec82 has the resistor. last i checked it was $24 lol. if you read the montess post it says the minimum resistance and you can measure if you are in the right range with a voltmeter on ohms with one end on brown of factory plug and ground the neg lead of the multimeter.

Koo, i will hit up napa and ask them to give me the one with the resistor....thers so many part numbers out there...u have the one with the resistor right?
