I might go look at this 84' T-type

Oh, and the car has been repainted in a base/clear AT LEAST ONCE. The clearcoat is crumbling off the car like GM might have painted it, but in 1984, they used Lacquer which simply spider-webbed if it was going to fall apart. No clearcoat to peel off in sheets like they actually did later.
 
Based on what I see in the pictures, the car checks out as a GN. But with cloning, ANYTHING is possible.
I also looked at all the decklid codes this morning and everything matches it being a GN.

Well he must have been scheduling people to look at it Today based on when they contacted him since my time frame was noon and he just texted me that it is sold so back to work on my other projects,

Since it’s been modified so much, seems pretty irrelevant weather it’s an original GN or T-Type
I personally wouldn't care either way since there is no way I would have been restoring it to stock anyways.
