Here's the issue. Every single car and combo is different. I can pretty much bet no matter which spring you choose, it won't put your car at the height you want. Either too high or too low. I played this game with mine for a long time. Finally just bought adjustable coilovers and BAM! It's at whatever height I want in 5 mins

something to keep in mind when doing the coil spring shuffle, the hands of time has pushed your car closer to the ground than when it was new.there's a chance if you install say a one inch drop spring that the car may be just as high as it sits now because the old springs are worn compared to the new spring is not.food for thought.

Hmm, I haven't paid attention to aftermarket suspension parts for some time but I was still under the impression UMI was quality stuff. That's pretty disappointing to hear. I wanna lower my Regal eventually so I guess I'll look elsewhere when I get to that point.

UMI does make good stuff. Unfortunately they do not make the springs themselves and that's why there are some issues... I wouldn't hesitate on anything else they make though.

for my money it is quality stuff.I'm running mostly umi no complains but the spring situation is a disappointment.

I guess my biggest issue with them is their prices. $400-500 for rear control arms seems like a lot, and over $1000 for the front A arms just seems really steep. I do like their 3053 front frame brace and 3055 rear shock tower brace. Both of those seem more reasonably priced.

it's all relative to what you're looking to do with your car vs what you're looking to spend.the market for these cars has gotten bigger so there's more choices out there now then there has ever been.
