because the "seller" is usually some highschool kid that just pulls parts by number, sticks them in a box, and mails them... EBAY sucks for trying to get answers about anything... thats why the "buyer" asks questions here where people actually know about cars... lol... rather have a reliable answer...

I AM listening to the guy with the necessary experience... its a coolant crossover for heating the manifold, thank you for the info... but, a NEW polished performer rpm dropped in my lap for just a few bucks more, and the polished intake matches the rest of my motors accessories.... sure i run the risk of them sending the wrong intake or something being wrong with it, but @ only $172.50 for a polished performer rpm, its worth the gamble, worse case scenerio, i end up having to send it back and wait a little longer...

DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE AUTOZONE EMPLOYEES... i went there to buy a harmonic balancer install tool and the kid behind the counter told me "why waste the money, it just slips right on".... slips right on? WTF?!?!? yeah n-mbn-ts, thats why millions of harmonic balancer install tools have been sold, because they just slip right on... i hate going to the parts stores around here, they hire anyone that can search a part number...
