Interior colour match ?

Anyone have good colour reference for '85 Cutlass dark blue interior colour? RPO code 27I, 27D. I made some parts of aluminum, so paint is no needed to be vinyl coat etc.

I have a GREAT paint store in Pittsburgh. They’re a SEMI distributor. Matched the color of my seats perfectly. You use the SEM interior paint on any surface, just prepare the surface like normal for paint then use they’re adhesion promoter. My Elco has 4 metal mouldings and and I did my fiberglass console that way. Look for a SEM distributor in your area. I like using regular gun method instead or rattle cans.

Look for a PPG distributor local to you to see what they may have as trying to scan & post a paint chip won't give a good match. PPG number for the GM 27 blue is 15886 (semi gloss), 16092 (low gloss) & can be cross reference with SEM, One Choice, Nexa Autocolor (or as Nexa Autocolour) to mix what you need. With the One Choice, which I have used, can be used to recolour both hard parts & fabrics. I believe SEM is the same way. Remember to get the required prep products for that line to ensure the coatings will stick to the part you're working on. A side note, 27 was the same blue code for '85 to '88 G-bodies (& other GM lines too.)

Dont you mean 27CN ? Thats the blue for 85 GM . FYI, a product like SEM Color Coat can be easily matched to a piece of interior trim but the guys doing it really have to know what theyre doing to get it perfect. My local paint supplier tried a few times to match the color of my interior but they couldnt get it right. Eventually I sent a piece of trim to SEM and they matched it 1000%. I dont think they offer that service anymore but you can call them and see.
I would plan of respraying all the trim if you want an exact color match.

Oh yes, I took it from newer 1994 paint chart, it was with that number, but same PPG numbers that pagrunt mentioned in his post.
