Is anyone else in the gbody community annoyed by the gold diggers?

Next, you'll be complaining about no tires in stock sizes, and no brand-name shop will mount a mint-condition tire with a date code over 6 years old.

Glad that I snapped up two sets of these when they were still findable.

Going to a warehouse classic car consignment dealer and expecting a good car for a fair price is like going to the strip club to find a good wife.

Ain't going to happen bud
I've had a lot of good times at strip clubs. My wife has been a great accessory at strip clubs. Strip clubs are for lookin', not buyin'. Learn your boundaries and know your limitations.

I bought my Malibu in 2006 for $650. I paid more than that this year for my 86 GP roller. Rust free VW beetles sell for more than they were new. It’s just the times we live in.

Get 'em while they're hot. Place claims to have several Oldses. For deep, deep pockets.

Someone goofed with the photo editing software. I guess this is to show you what's left of the original metal being in New York? 😆

Does this mean my extremely rare 1988 20th Anniversary H/O is gonna be worth $99,999 in a few years? 🤣
I would def sell if I could get $50k.

Gold diggers threw me off, that's not the definition for that term haha.

Welcome to post-Covid 'Murica

It's everything....daily beaters, collectibles, real estate.
This right here, especially with the current economy and "inflation"..🙄

Cost of your food and everything else you need to survive is up so most people who weren't financially smart already are doing what they can to get by. Most people in society are absolutely financially stupid.

My other hobbies the market is flooded with people trying to sell to get cash so they can pay bills. Again financially dumb.

It’s a good time to be a seller. Not so great to be a buyer.
I disagree. Now is not the time to be a seller because everyone is poor and no one has money. If you have money it's perfect time to be a buyer because good stuff is coming up forsale given people are trying to get money. Then again that's how it is in my area.

Late 2020 I went through everything I owned and slimmed down to the bare basics of what I felt I need. Sold off and trimmed the fat to trade it for stuff I wanted or money before the economy went the dumb it is now. I saw it coming because patterns in general, this time around its a tad bit more excessive.

Trying to buy/sell/trade with anything dealing with people is an absolute nightmare and I avoid it as much as possible, people have gotten lazy and are horrible to deal with. Bigger picture hard items are worth more than the money, why I traded that LS6 Intake I ended up with for a rifle. Few years the rifle will gain value, money will lose it.

Perfect example of the "I know what I got" for exorbitant prices. Saw this on fb marketplace a minute ago, I collect coins too.

Silver dollar is a hair under an ounce of pure silver. Look up current market rate.

No coin collector value here because of condition and the big hole in it so its worth bullion rate.

But its "old"..

Who was it that said: "A sucker is born everyday" Even the "reputable" classic car dealers are dealing with the spray the bottom with undercoating and call it rust free. I see the all low milage all original stuff with worn out brake pedal, and factory Clarion Radio and kick panel speakers. Buyer beware!

Yeah I paid more than I should have had to a few years ago , but if I sell it I’ll get it back
Not concerned
When I had my 67 Camaro I paid 32k for it and sold it 5 years later in a depressed market for 32k so that was a free car for 5 years ?
I don’t mind the price going up as long as I can still play in the game
