is it okay sitting like this and are these bends fixable?

hello guys i am doing a frame off on my cutlass and was wondering if it is okay to sit like this with out tieing the front and rear frame rails together and i found two bends on my chassis and was wondering if it is fixable

yes they are fixable, large crescent wrench taken down to the size of the metal, and bend it. The frame sits fine the way it is sitting
 
If you can heat the metal up with a torch you can bend it back super easy with standard body working tools. Even if you have never done it before, take your time and odds are once the metal cools (let it cool slowly) you will never be able to tell anything has been done to it.
