If this is your current intake I will bet that it perform better than the Holley you posted
It is a true dual plane since the divider is not cut down like the Holley and it is a square bore carb bolt pattern like your 390 instead of a spreadbore design with dual bolt pattern.

I thank you for the feedback. I don't know the "specifics" much on all this stuff, I just find it and then do some quick research & realize it's Discontinued rare stuff and I'm like *I need it* lol... I just like to collect the Vtg performance stuff, air cleaners, valve covers you know. but I also love to restore stock stuff & resell it also.

Did they ever make an Edelbrock SP2P for the 3.8 V6? Guys with Olds 260's said acceleration went from dangerously slow to acceptable. I had a SP2P on my 307 and 350 Olds powered trucks. The small triangle runners were too small for a 800 cfm Qjet but part throttle was amazing and responsive. It worked fine with GM TBI which is maybe 500 cfm and the restricted secondary door Qjet, maybe 600 cfm on full throttle.

if this was installed as a Performer Plus package, I believe they were dynoed as a kit, IMO I would just put your 390 on your Edelbrock intake and run it unless you plan on changing to some sort of Holley cam that wasn't matched to anything just to have all Holley.
For now, I'll run the setup. until I have an intake or decide to go back 2bbl stock. Honestly, I'm super indecisive. lol. P.s will this work in the intake i have now? https://www.edelbrock.com/carburetor-stud-kit-5-16-18-x-1-1-2-in-zinc-finish-8008.html I've got none.

The Edelbrock SP2P was specifically designed in the 70's for fuel economy and low end torque. Small triangle runners, idle to 4500 rpm.
