That's one of the broads who was flashing Garrit Cole on live TV in the 7th last night.
:hijack:
She looks stunning in that pic, I am a huge fan of the b**bs and would never not want to see a pair. But feel like they were falsely adverised compared to what you see when they flashed

I agree a padded, push up bra make a lot of magic happen. The majority of Women do false advertising.

Sorry to detract from the b**bs conversation, but I managed to actually do a little work on the car today.

First I built a crude (but sturdy) stand for the hood out of some 2x4s I had laying around. I covered the surfaces where it touches with foam pipe insulation and a clean towel. Then I got my Dad to give me a hand lifting it off. The stand is a little bulky but it works well.

I'm a little disappointed at some of the damage that occured while the car sat under a cover for 3 years or whatever it was. The cover wasn't really there to protect it, more just to keep the bulk of the dust off of it. There are two small but nasty looking scratches in the hood. They are deep but I don't think they went into the color, so they might polish out some. And there is a "dip" right at the edge of the hood from either stuff being set on top of it, or people pushing down on it.

Usually small dimples and scratches don't bother me but I spent a lot of hours getting this car straight so it really sucks to see it. It's probably not super noticeable but it bugs me. But I guess some scratches and dimples are to be expected and it is what it is. Hopefully some of the scratches buff out with the DA and maybe I'll get a PDR guy to go over the car at some point.

Anyways now I can work on getting the bumper, header panel and fenders taken off.

And the next time you see the car with the hood on it, it won't be engineless.

Congratulations?

I didn't mean to boast at all, I was just trying to make the point that I don't think "official" really needs to be stated at this point. If you look at where this thread started and where it is now, it's two different worlds.

Edit: Re-worded my previous post regarding the "official" status.

Joe, the hood stand looks awesome. Great progress. Sorry to hear about the damage. Put together, drive and enjoy your beautiful, imperfect car.
