I'm pretty sure they are different. I didn't do my glovebox light so I am unsure there. Look under your dash and see what bulbs you have. I know the light under my passenger side dash was an 1156 and I think the one under the drivers side of the dash is a 194 if I remember correctly. If you can tell me what size bulbs you have under yours I can tell you what bulb to order. And

I've swapped every single bulb in my Malibu to led. Some work some won't. I purchased some from superbright leds. I didn't buy the dimmable sockets because I wasnt worried about having my dash dimmable... leds use a lot less power and last a lot longer than standard halogen bulbs. Not to mention pretty much 0 heat is given off from the leds

The ones I bought, which I posted earlier in this thread are supposed to be dimmable. You would have to change the sockets for the bulbs to be dimmable? Or is it for certain bulbs? I've thought about getting leds but have read they are not dimmable.
Correct they are not dimmable. They do make dimmable sockets and separate led dimmers you can wire up to make them dimmable. You would have to change the sockets for the bulbs to be dimmable? Or is it for certain bulbs? I've thought about getting leds but have read they are not dimmable.
